Distance contract

This agreement is concluded between the owner of the website upol.lv SIA " RANITA”, unit registration number. LV 40003329208, registered office: Skolas 28-112, Jūrmala, Latvija, LV-2011, (hereinafter referred to as the seller), and the buyer who makes the order and makes the purchase on the website. The distance agreement applies to all orders and purchases made on the website. This distance agreement does not apply to purchases made by the buyer in retail stores.

1. The buyer orders, buys and pays, and the seller supplies two-component high-resistance urethane protective coating, related products and accessories (hereinafter referred to as goods in accordance with the provisions of this agreement) (hereinafter referred to as the agreement).

2. The buyer orders the goods by filling out the corresponding order form on the seller's homepage upol.lv when completing the order, the buyer undertakes to provide accurate information, i.e. first name, last name, delivery address and their contact information and by clicking on the "order" field. The buyer undertakes to inform the seller about any changes no later than within 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the order confirmation by writing to the e-mail ranautolv@gmail.com. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct data, otherwise the delivery of the goods is not guaranteed. The order of the goods is considered to be the buyer's offer to conclude this distance contract for the delivery of the ordered goods and the buyer's consent to purchase the ordered goods at the specified price. Personal data related to the delivery of the product is not transferred to a third person, with the exception of Omniva and Venipak to ensure the delivery of the order.

3. The seller delivers the goods to the address specified by the buyer in accordance with the established tariffs. The buyer produces payment of shipping costs and payment of goods together, until receipt of confirmation and delivery of goods from the seller. The delivery price is included in the invoice.

4. The buyer can carry out orders 24 hours a day, and the seller makes a complete set of orders on working days from 10.00 to 18.00, on Saturdays, Sundays-the complete set is not carried out. The seller sends the buyer a confirmation of acceptance of the order by e-mail. If the buyer does not receive a confirmation email, the order is not be accepted. The order is completed when the money is credited to the seller's account.

5. The buyer may use the right of refusal included in the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Latvia and return the goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days. To avoid disputes, at the time of receipt of the goods, the buyer must make sure that the goods correspond to the order (color, product name and other essential parameters).

6. If the goods are not completed correctly, the buyer has the right to change the goods within 14 (fourteen) days, in order to agree on the place and type of return of the goods, the buyer should contact us by e-mail ranautolv@gmail.com or by calling +371 27040380 or +371 25908979. The refund costs in the above case are covered by the seller.

7. If the buyer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, the following recommendations and conditions should be taken into account:

7.1. The returned product cannot be used (taking into account the specifics of the product). If the condition of the returned goods has deteriorated, or the goods were stored incorrectly, the buyer does not have the right to use the right of refusal.

7.2. The buyer is obliged to preserve and not spoil the original packaging of the goods.

7.3. The buyer is obliged to keep both the documents on the receipt of the goods and the documents on the return of the goods to the seller.

7.5. Money for the returned goods and the cost of its delivery, the seller transfers to the buyer's Bank account within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after termination of the contract and receipt of goods in the warehouse of the seller (Senču iela 11A, Rīga, LV-1012).

8. The average delivery time is from 2 (two) to 6 (six) working days, however the seller reserves the right to deliver the goods within 2 (two) calendar weeks as delivery times can vary depending on special circumstances and availability of goods in stock.

9. All prices are indicated with 21% VAT (value added tax).

10. The buyer pays for the goods in the online store upol.lv by credit card (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron) or by transfer to the SIA "RANITA" account number specified in the prepayment invoice. All shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

11. This agreement is concluded in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Latvia. The buyer confirms that he has read the terms of the contract and undertakes to comply with them.

12. The buyer is informed that the seller has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this agreement at any time.

Terms

SIA RANITA (hereinafter - upol.lv) provides accessible on the homepage upol.lv information and the provision of services in accordance with the rules on mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities described below. These rules apply to all purchases made by the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the consumer) using the home page upol.lv. Rules for returning goods

If the consumer wishes to return the ordered product, he has the right to use the right of refusal. The consumer has the right to return the ordered goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. The product must be returned in the original packaging, in full configuration and together with the documents for the goods. The product cannot be used, and / or damaged. The product packaging must not be damaged. The consumer is responsible for completing and packaging the returned goods, if the goods are not properly completed and / or packed, upol.lv it has the right not to accept the returned product. Rights and obligations of the consumer

Dispute resolution procedure

If in connection with the provision/receipt of services between upol.lv a dispute arises between the consumer and the seller, the parties will take all necessary measures to resolve the dispute through negotiations. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement through negotiations, all disputes will be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. General agreement

The consumer agrees that all the mentioned rules form an agreement between him and upol.lv about the use of the homepage by the consumer. Upol.lv has the right to change, correct and clarify the information. The consumer is obliged to independently check the content of the homepage upol.lv to review the changes to the rules. If the consumer continues to use the homepage after the changes have been made, consumer confirms his / her consent to all changes.
